The purpose of this page is for your teacher to get to know you and to get the technical details about your computer system, particularly important in tailoring the DIGITAL CAMERA we may be sending you (depending on the enrollment options you choose). This is the 2nd of the TWO part enrollment procedure. You need to complete both. The TWO parts are:

STEP ONE: This form - Personal information and computer information

STEP TWO: If you have already charged your Enrollment fee, skip this step.
If you have not charged your Enrollment, go to the credit card ENROLLMENT/PAYMENT form (buttons to the ENROLLMENT/PAYMENT form on the COURSE COSTS page)

Those under 18 require a third form - a parent or guardian permission form.

The CREDIT CARD/ON-LINE ENROLLMENT/PAYMENT form is NOT on our site - when you click on the buttons you choose on the COURSE COSTS page, you go to a very secure payment site, fill out the form and then click on the SUBMIT button which submits your credit card form securely and then returns you to our site. The credit card processing site will issue you a receipt

If you don't know the technical details of your computer connections, we will work with you by e-mail or phone to
determine these details - just put in "don't know in the connection box.

Note - to make sure your Digital Camera has sufficient resolution for sending photos
of your assignment drawings or paintings, send a test image of a magazine page or a
any work of art or reproduction of a work of art as an email attachment to the school at:

Some students have devised alternative manners of capturing their assignment art to the school
-like using scanners they already have and taking flat pictures or slides with film cameras and
then scanning them with their scanners - any method that works is acceptable - again,
send a test image to the school at the e-mail address above. If you have sufficient quality
method of capturing your work with any method, we will happily accept enrollment without our sending
you a Digital camera and the reduced costs involved.
